Initially, I was skeptical about therapy. However, after visiting her for a few sessions, I'm glad I made the decision to pursue therapy. I have observed an overall increase in my mood and energy level. I have also been able to figure out important things about myself which has resulted in a more productive lifestyle.

It's been great progress that I've made talking to her. Understands the person well and provided thoughts accordingly!

She is a very good doctor . She was very helpful and helped me deal with my issues very well . She seemed like a expert in what she did.

The most important thing for a counselor is she needs to be a good listener and which she is . I have not yet taken so many sessions to comment on anything specific. Half way problem gets solved once somebody listens to you patiently

It was a good experience. I got many things clear in my head. There were many of my past not so good experiences with which I made peace.

I have tried over 3-4 different therapist and finally with IAMH I have found the one and I am happy the way she has been working on me.
